The
Camille's Sidewalk Cafe on Strassner is a newer place
located close to the Jimmy John's and the brand new Buffalo Wild Wings by the Hanley Station condominiums and the Marriott Spring Hill Suites in Brentwood. There are also two restaurants on the north side of Strassner (
Twin Oaks and Houlihan's) so that now area has quite a few places to eat without even venturing east of Hanley into Maplewood Commons.
The food here is basic sandwiches and wraps, but their menu differs slightly from someplace like Panera so it makes a nice change of pace, and it is never as crowded as your typical Panera. They also have soups, flatbread pizzas, coffees and desserts, so there is usually something to please everyone. I also like the multi-colored tortilla chips and salsa they serve as a side as opposed to the plain old french fries everybody else serves. I usually get one of the spicier wraps or paninis and I have yet to be disappointed on a visit.
