Seven sushi rolls at Sushi Station |
We now visit
Sushi Station in Webster Groves fairly regularly since it has a large variety of consistently good sushi in a very convenient location with ample nearby parking. Plus they have a lot of good non-sushi options for other people. Sushi also takes great pictures, and today we had three people eating sushi so that meant seven different rolls! That's a lot of sushi and they put in on two plates for us with great presentation as always. Their teriyaki salmon bowl is also very good and I am always lucky enough to get some of my wife's portion. My formerly very picky son (typical quote circa 2009: "I don't like Asian food!") has now gone off to college and transformed himself into a lover of ethnic cuisine, so he has now joined the ranks of the sushi eaters. They also have good crab rangoons and they even removed their former bug problem with a new bug zapper and removal of their bamboo plants. This Saturday when we visited the place was pretty packed by the time we were leaving so it looks like they are doing well. As usual the sushi was fresh and delicious, and the service was quite attentive. They even have replaced their former paper clipboard menus with real laminated menus with all the sushi rolls listed on one page. I am sure we will be back and I am also sure I will take more pictures of sushi there.
